Bookings are taken on the understanding that our terms and conditions will apply in all circumstances. A confirmed booking is an agreement between Princess Horse Transport and the customer.
The owner, keeper or designated agent for the owner of the horse is responsible for the horse at all times and is liable for any damage that the horse may do to our horsebox, our property or our attendants. Any damage must be paid for in full. It is advisable that the customer inspects the box for any signs of previous damage before travel.
No horses will be transported without a horse passport being shown to the driver as this is against the law.
We reserve the right to refuse to transport a horse should it become dangerously unsettled or show signs of illness unless the illness is the reason for transport to the vet. In the event of this happening the customer will be liable for 75% of the agreed price of the journey.
Our driver cannot be held responsible for time lost in traffic conditions or other unforeseen events.
The horse is the responsibility of the customer at all times.
We cannot take any responsibility for equipment belonging to the customer . Insurance for equipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Any booking which is cancelled within 48 hours of the day of transport will be subject to a payment of 50% of the agreed fee. Any booking which is cancelled within 24 hours of the day of transport will be subject to a payment of 75% of the agreed fee.
